IBCC and MOFA are different thing, IBCC is attestation from your Board and MOFA is your ministry so you need to have both

Bhai can you please tell me how exactly mofa attestation process works, first you have to take stamps from pakistan post near mofa office and then you fill the attestation form and pay 1000 rs per documents(educational) or is the stamp prize the only amount to get mofa attestation?
