On her way out, she noticed Suisei going into the bathroom. Being scared of getting accused of not flushing, she came up with the great idea of waiting for Suisei to come out and "casually" mentioning the unflushed dookie, while making sure to mention that it was in fact not hers. Suisei of course, had not notice the unflushed bambam left on the toilet. And so Iinchou has just made a fool of herself by talking about poop and the bond that it can forge.
