I wish they had a power button if it is hardwired but want to manually power it down like if you are in your home garage without having to pull out the plug

How did you hide the wires in the back? Did you re-run the wires starting from the Back to the Front so the excess cable was in the front of the car? If not how did you manage the excess wire in the back?
Video was too dark and half the video is filmed to the roof of the car was tough to follow
Why my rear cam i can not see? Only I can see to my app is the font.
Awesome! I love how realistic this process was. A few questions: was the camera able to pick up license plates clearly at both daytime and nighttime? It’s so hard to tell based on TH-cam videos alone. Thanks!
Thanks for checking it out! During the daytime it is really easy! During the nighttime it can be a little bit more difficult to get cars far away because of the glare of headlights. Definitely a trouble area of the cam. However, in the event that they hit you it’s close enough to catch a license plate. Hope that helps!
Thought the f200 had that problem with the lights and no plates. The f200 pro supposed to not do that. And most dash cams have a 14ft cord.
Did this come with the GPS attachment which also enables speed camera alerts please?
Does the OBDII plug in that makes the parking mode possible drain your car battery? That is the main thing im worried about. I have a 2019 MERCEDES GLE. would very much appreciate your feedback.

Unfortunately, you need to have the front dashcam to use the rear. Sorry.
Not being able to scroll through a video sounds really annoying. Are you able to download a video to your phone and then scroll through it?

So your rear view is upside down? Mine is aswell find any fixes or do you just flip your phone
Unfortunately, that’s just the way it mounts in the car. It’s really easy to change the orientation on the phone though.
if youre using the obd cord for power, im curious does it cause battery discharge? ive seen other dash cams that come with a battery pack, so im worried of my car dying one day bc the cam drained all of the car battery overnight.
I have not seen any issue from this and I have been running it my cars for nearly 6 months. It has a very low power draw and if it detects low voltage it will disable.

I have purchased the f200 pro package containing the front and rear cam and I do not have a cable to connect the two of them together. I only have the hardworking cable and the cigarette lighter power cable. I have purchased the obd II cable separately and now have no way to connect the front and rear camera, am I not understanding ?
They should have included a cable that connects the front to the rear. I would send an email to Thinkware Customer Support letting them know about this.
Does the OBD2 cord come with it ?

Hi Connie! If you’d like to use parking mode you wouldn’t actually need WiFi for it. As long as the car is connected to a power source parking mode should be able to operate independently. If something happens you can learn them once you connect to the dash cam.

@@conniep7151 I was confused by this too. They say it's wifi, but it's like Bluetooth really. You connect your phone to the camera via wifi signal instead of Bluetooth. As long as you purchase and use the OBD 2 port you can use the parking features.

is it possible to operate the rear camera with a front camera of the Lukas type?
As I own a front camera of Lukas accidents and a rear accident camera of the type Thinkware BCFH-150 and I could not turn on the rear camera and combine it to work with a camera Lukas ?

That OBD piece. Should the camera have come with it? I only have the wire that goes from the camera down, but the other end is just a yellow and red wire
$40 extra on Amazon it looks like.
The obd not included. The other one is to hardwire. Difficult to install if you dont have basic electronics experience.

How/where does a guy go about getting a replacement cable that connects the rear to the front. Mine is broken.
Reliable, but very average video quality camera. Testing it for one week and will be returning
