Hello Guys,
In this video(PART-1), I have tried to show the construction steps for the futsal ground construction.
Basically you need to have following steps and planning.
**Paper work to be done**
1. Locating the land in leasing or own plot.
2. Get approval from the local government or the municipality clearance(depends).
4. Preparation of drawings and site plan
5. Seeking environment clearance
6. approval from the urban planner( depends).
7. Applying for the licenses.
8. Seeking reliable dealer for the turf(sourcing).
**Material stoking**
1. ordering turf
2. ordering fencing materials, construction materials
3. contracting to labour.
4. employment of supervisor or site engineer.
**Construction steps*
i. Excavation of ground (Plan), for toilet and septic tank
ii. Trenching for RRM wall foundation or Boundary.
iii. Laying soling, pcc.
iv. RRM wall or plumb concrete border around ground and toilet construction
v. fixing of MS pipe or angle or steel hollow section (depends).
vi. fabrication of steel tubes.
vii. Filling or levelling of ground with soil.
v. watering and compacting.
vi. fixing of G.I Chain link and nylon net for fence.
vii. installation of LED flood light(200watt).
-The Artificial turf comes in different sizes according to its pile height and as per the order made by the owner).
1. 40mm
2. 45mm
3. 50mm
4. 55mm ,etc
-Elements of futsal Turf(ground) contents:
1. Turf
2. silica sand
3. rubber granular
4. Geo-membrane (Water proofing)
5. seaming tape.
6. Adhesive(Glue).
