    This is a wonderful place to go, take kids and let's not forget the wildlife refuge park you can drive through as well. (Sorry I forgot the name) Bring anyone and everyone to this area and you won't be disappointed. There is also the hill country area with the caves and bats plus the Schlitterbahn water park! Boy I wish I was in high school again. Meh.

    Finally made it out there! Dinosaur Valley SP is a must for the kiddos and adults who love Dinosaurs.

      Don't worry these are pure stone fossils. Kids play in them all the time.

      @@charleschampion4682 the park ranger did mention the Cretaceous period which does span within 100 million years. The beginning of the late Cretaceous period more specifically the Cenomanian timeline within it indicating the early portion of the upper Cretaceous.
