You mentioned Delhi and Lucknow a couple of times to source your dish. So I thought maybe. I am Indian - from Delhi, but resident in New York for 40 plus years. Have spent several months in the aggregate in Karachi and have been a delighted traveler through Lahore, Murree, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and a couple more cities. First of all I’ll disagree vd ur Dum ka kheema Don’t know u blongs to which country r which state I belongs to India HYD My dum kheema reciepe quiet different My reciepe moghlia type perfect Dum ka kheema in that v use onion dry fruits like kaju BADam fried onion offcourse sweet curd kabab Cheeni garam masala powder kali mirch powder not red chilli o powder etc., In our HYD used to cook it like shahi Pakwaan not BAKWAS PAKWAN SO SORRY MADAM WHO V’ll add tomatoes in dum ka kheema 🎉
