I compare RAW and BAKED Oysters, Mussels, which is tastier?

  • This is not a very standard recipe video. I just wanted to compare raw oysters and baked. Also, for a change, I cook New Zealand baked mussels under a cheese cap. Mussels themselves have a taste familiar to most. Of course, they are very tasty, but if you compare them with baked oysters, the mussels lose. But since I am a big fan of oysters - raw seem to me the most exquisite delicacy. Who else thinks so?) I bought oysters of the Chernomorka No. 3 variety 26 UAH apiece.
