Many years ago I carried my heavy pan and kikuyu cooking pot. I have moved with mine around the world, in the pacific and finally Australia. I also used to come with my sukumawiki and maize seeds must declare at the customs. Now we have sukuma seeds in plenty but still come with maize seeds. I love my roasted maize on the electric plate reminds me of home.
The strainer the have it in canada we have all this stuff in florida I don't know for the first one to cook. I don't know but in florida you can find african haitien produce

This sounds crazy but it the truth, I always carry mwiko, chapati rolling, pilau masala, tea leaves and other spices wenever I travel abroad. Most of their spices doesn't smell like ours in kenya.
