But it isn't jajangmyeon (I don't know how to spell it, but it's Korean black bean noodles for any subscriber who don't know), it's Brazilian brown beans cooked in a pressure pan. In Brazil isn't rare, people put beans on noodles, even noodles with tomato sauce (I don't like beans and noodles), maybe it's may be strange for who don't live in Brazil, but a lot of people do it here. The instant noodles in Portuguese is "macarrão instantâneo", but Brazilians use to call instant noodles as "miojo", from "Nissin Miojo" a brand of instant noodles from Nissin.
