虽然故事有点扯 但还是要给编剧点个赞 因为他让观众意识到错就是错而且还是要付出代价的 也让观众知道女主其实是可以那么强势和不恋爱脑

I wonder how many versions there are of this drama. This is the third version and I liked it the best, everything but the very last scene. They were still trying to lighten up feeling for ML by having him wish her to be happy. I am glad FL did ignored him and went on with her life!
I'm sorry I have to interject. Blind and stupid is excusing deplorable behaviour. OUTSIDE missing the operation, in the life of his daughter he didnt exist. Deadbeat dad award goes to him: 5:06 daughter is sick, fever tells her go away 5:17 missed birthdays, He didn't go to his daughters PTAs 23:47, 36:08 financial neglect, she says all your money (doctor salary) went to this mistress 40:53 ... key he didn't care about his family. Wife covered in wounds and you dont react ope in scene. He prioritised his ex girlfriend prob just didnt love his wife. Rubbish to say ex pitiful look won him over, no his arse wanted to play family with another woman without "intimacy "...He might as well have it as its nor different.
I've been so angry and been watching these trying to get a male perspective. It's been a resounding he just loved his first love/ex. If his wife hadn't made him "see the error in his ways", they would have eventually got back together and sailed in the sunset. So this man is garbage with all the blood letting, neglecting for years male leads
I’ve seem one other of this version. It didn’t dawn on me, like other dramas made by different countries, there would be other versions to this short reel. How many are there? What do I look under? Are they similar in name?
I too think the husband never really felt the wrenching pain and remorse for his daughter’s death. I thought it might be the acting.
I think though I understand better, but it’s definitely not acceptable. In this one why he was with ex more. It was said for his ego, made him feel more like a man by being needed. Disgusting though he negligent his daughter. Or, after finding out of her death but was not remorseful.

There are a lot of tears and anger in this drama. You don't have to be a parent to have feelings for what this wife and mother went through....especially by herself. I gritted my teeth a lot through this story. A very surprised ending. Very good drama and very good actors. They made their characters come to life.
In every version of this story I don’t see the true remorse from the ML when he discovers the demise of his child due to his lack of helping his child during the tragic event. It’s as if there is a disconnect in his understanding that it is literally his fault that his child, his flesh and blood passed bc of him, that he offed his child. I would expect to see the parent so broken they would not be able to function. He just kept defending and protecting the schemer and her child. I’m glad that in this version he does not pass in the end. He needs to stay alive until that knowledge that he literally caused his child’s demise set in
There was a version where it was the man who let her daughter die and the man was rich but he was in a wheelchair and she married him more for money her parents didn't let her marry the other guy but still she didn't realize that the other guy was just using her too and her daughter and her husband truly gave her everything and she realized it afterwards so when her daughter died it was like oh well you know like oh it was your daughter not mine do you want it the child not me

I didn’t catch this the first time I watched this drama. He ignored his daughter because his side piece and the daughter made him feel needed? That’s some messed up s*it.
Yeah. The other versions are a little more defined where the ML has a personality where he is a savior type. There is a version where the ML is a fire fighter and is dedicated to taking some of his earnings for charitable causes. All great attributes, but I guess he didn't know where to draw the line as a husband and father. His wife is independent and self-sufficient, so there was nothing to save. It looks like everything bad started to happen when the ex returned. He felt like they needed more saving and was blind and deaf to the needs of his own family.

I agree the ending in this one is so much better than the others I have seen. Remorse and shame is what you want to see in the end.

What’s worse than a rubbish husband and father. An even worse doctor. He’s supposed to be trained to know which patients need help the most. He just ignored that and went to his mistress’s child. And worse, the hospital was commending him on the way he handled the accident. He fails in all aspects of his life. It’s a shame he was so stupid to be sucked in by the SFL and her conniving little daughter, that he didn’t even realise he was neglecting his wife and child. He probably thought he was doing a great job in helping them.
This is my 3rd version of this story. Every version has caused me anger and sadness, so it's a testiment to the script and actors. However, the husband character in this version is my least favorite. I don’t know if it's the script, director, or actor, but in this version, ML is all arrogance. The other 2 versions, the ML showed some emotions of loss and guilt, but this version, there wasn’t much emotions when he showed up at the funeral procession. He was more devastated when he lost his promotion than when he learned his daughter died.
I always love the part when FL brings her lawyer/friend home and gives ML a taste of his own medicine and makes him feel everything he has done and said to her.

I have seen three versions of this story, and it is truly saddening as a storyline. But I do have to admit to a little frustration that she didn't just yell out that the daughter was dead instead of dragging it on the way she did. I know it for the sake of the drama, but I wouldn't have been able to keep it in for so long.

That ones ending shocked me! Took me a minute to process what happened. But the storyline I really laughed was where she had her gay friend come stay in their apartment, but husband didn't know he was gay! When she called from the shower asking for her friend to bring her panties, I laughed so hard! It was perfect!
