Hire a new bulldozer driver. Dude push half the pile then back up, half the pile then back ups, instead of just pushing the load ll the way through and back up twice at most. he slows dow the whole process and why not make the road wide enuff for the trucks and dozer to pass freely. This is working slow, long and dangerous with all the trucks so close to the edge
