If 10 - 13 years back Bengal had the same issue with many students migrating to other states for education and livelihood.... then just think of the situation in the state and the surrounding states like Chhattisgarh or Jharkhand. With as many correspondents and associated I've had especially Bengalis, they always used words of abuse and hate for the state administration : *their disregard for public welfare, high handedness, brutality, support to illegal immigrants from Bangladesh and Myanmar (Rohingyas) etc.* Just wish to put forth to any politician reading this that *don't take the public for being fools, almost every single child or graduate from Bengal is exposing your state even abroad !* People elect Govts. , if Govts. don't act public knows how to bring it down.

How the state on behalf of state EC can try to justify that the cancellation of the nomination is done lawfully when the state EC is an independent constitutional body which is competent enough to justify its stand and anything related to election is the subject matter of state EC , not of state government ?
The Independence of EC is imperative for free and fair election. If the state works as a paid muscle man of the state EC then free and fair election is next to impossible.
This is the condition of our WB . No constitutional obligation is followed by state election commission which being a constitutional body .
