A lot of times someone composes a song and just hires musicians to play it for them. I'm assuming maybe Hideki Naganuma (did like 75% of the OST tracks) made this song and just got a bunch of musicians to perform it, and they just decided on that "band" name so that it wasn't just their names listed
The name could be a Pseudonym, like how the band XTC did under their alter-ego name "The Dukes of Stratosphear," a well-done tribute to 1967 Psychedelic Music. Except, XTC didn't leave it as a secret.

basically nonexistent on there and apple music you could try requesting it from someone who uploads songs through spotify's episode feature, I haven't seen the song uploaded through episodes yet

It's so weird to think this is one of the first songs we hear in the game, and yet, we know little to nothing about this song creators in particular.
