Hello, I was on BiPap and then they put me on ASV (Auto, EPAP 4, PS 3-10) and now I have constant Aerophagia. How do I get the IPAP lower to make it easier so it’s not forcing air down my stomach
When I first started CPAP years many years ago, I used amber or blue gel filled nasal cushions with comfort, no longer available. I have since been using Res Med Mirage Aptiva nasal cushions. The stiff silicon innards, that push against the area under my nose, cause irritation inside my mouth above my teeth when straps are tight enough to seal. Is there a ResMed or other brand nasal mask/cushion combo that is softer where it presses against the area beneath the nose?
