Acme auto radiator in Watervliet, NY recored my 454 radiator. Wasn't cheap, but cheaper than a replacement unit.
On the tachometer drive it is usually the bushing on the end of the shaft that wears out allowing the gears on the two shafts not to mate anymore.
I hope you have better luck with your radiator I have a 454 and the shop had to have the core made and it took almost two months and keep up the good work on your tractor
