Shillong (Cherrapunjee) to Dawki Road Trip

Meghalaya is a state in north-east India. The name signifies “The Abode of Clouds” in Sanskrit. The number of inhabitants in Meghalaya starting 2014 is evaluated to be 3,211,474. Meghalaya covers a territory of around 22,430 square kilometers, with a length to broadness proportion of around 3:1. The state is the wettest area of India, recording a normal of 12,000 mm (470 in) of rains a year. Around 70% of the state is forested.
Dawki River (Umngot River) is the major tourist attraction in this place. A boating in the pristine water of the river is a must do activity for any tourist and its really worth it.
