400g tofu
2 tbsp oil
20g butter
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
50ml water
1粒大蒜
10g 切碎的辣椒
蔥1支
400g 豆腐
2大匙油
20g黃油
1.5大匙 蠔油
2大匙醬油
2大匙味醂
50ml 水
