I think people forget the meta when he said gyro was bad was every offlaner going BM heart and half of the mids too. Those heroes were too good vs gyros early magic and late game high right click damage. Now we have a lot more jump/catch heroes in the offlane and mobile mids. He does well when the other team is jumping him due to aghs/sny/satanic.
Also i think he goes phase when he's leveling rocket barrage. Treads was better with the old build of stats+flak.

I like gyro ET a lot. ET is an incredibly strong hero after laning but he's somewhat awkward in lane and gyro lets you get ET scaling without losing lane.
Yatoro decided that Gyro was good after Ame said it was.

Two most op heroes of patch are bristle and drow ranger. If you dont have break for bristle you just lose the game, dr can 1v2 other carries with op shard.

11:10. I think heal portion, clarity etc. should be cheaper. Low hp people sacrifice themselves to towers or jungle creeps to revived full hp mana which looks stupid for game sense. Why Devs doesn't make heal portion like 75 gold and clarity is 40 gold I don't know. Devs should nerf Flag cannon, too. Maybe 60% + 20 damage, max hit 10 units, higher cooldown in lower lvls and in return it hits invis heroes and heroes in the fog.
Well, salve used to be cheaper some years ago, and I think it’s fine that they made it more expensive. Otherwise, why even bother harassing enemy hero when they can buy 5 salves for 375 gold and heal forever? Also, flag canon is overrated af. My biggest problem with it is that it doesn’t crit, and it has high cd. A bit weird ability imo.
@@diobrando5974 I miss couple of creeps when I use salve because I can't approach enemy heroes while healing. Couple of creeps+ 75 gold worths to harass enemy. I also think people underestimates that how good is harassing. I fall behind in lane a lot of times even though we killed enemy heroes because he lost tons of hp and mana while killing them, then enemy took more creeps than us, when our hp+mana low. I recently couldn't dominate the lane against Magnus+Underlord. We killed them 2 times in row but they bought 2 arcane boots and started to spam their skills. They took all lane creeps and dropped our hps a lot. They recovered easily from 2 death in row in lane.
It was 3k MMR. I played 4k-5k MMR players, I won most of the game. I realized that until 5.5k, players don't play significantly better than 3k players.
They should remove free 100g on death

I completely disagree. And why are we watching pro scene? Pro players don’t care about how strong hero is. They are playing off combos and drafts. There’s no way gyrocopter is better than drow, ls, or even am as a hero.
Why do you speak in absolutes with zero context and contradict yourself?
You said it yourself. Different heroes are better in different games depending on matchups and personal player preferences.
Obviously gyro isn't objectively the best carry hero in every situation. But you can't tell me that am, drow or ls is either...
In the current meta, offlaners like slarder, ns and brew are very popular. There is no way you're telling me a hero like am and ls is better than gyro in this situation. Gyro is more likely to win lane on for a lot of these match ups, and then after landing phase, is also a much faster early/mid-game farmer than the heroes you mentioned, esp drow and ls, and only slower than am once he gets a bfury.
Context matters. And speeed is right, gyro is currently quite under-utilized in pubs because ppl don't know how to properly play him as a pos1 properly. Esp in lower brackets, ppl still pick gyro more as support like it's 2021.

He is a good hero, glad some people are utilizing him now. I've been shredding my pubs with offlane gyro. You need to be mechanically sound to play him cause he does have low base attack but his farming speed and early fight is so strong. His mid game potential to run over a team after satanic crit timing is also unbelievable
Drow does not do well in the laning stage if she is against hero that will dominate the lane and recovers slowly however gyro can push out the wave early and farm side camps way easier and faster
