The containers I had used in my previous organization videos had been discontinued, and my new Floss ‘n Stores arrived at just the right time. I love how the smaller compartments will let me find my floss faster, and it’s just so pretty!

I got a little nuts while putting my fancy floss in these type of containers. I bought little clear envelopes, just like FQS uses to send skeins in. I can put two Ccw skeins in each envelope (same color), fold it in half and file alphabetically. Must admit I got my storage drawers a few years ago, so they are not FQS’s boxes, but now I know where I can get more when I need them as the ones I bought are no longer available. Kimberly, thank you for always sharing great ideas. You inspire me to be better at stitching and quilting. And I just want to mention that these boxes could be used for lots of things, buttons, floss, beeds, your hubby’s screws, nuts and bolt collections, jewelry making supplies, wood craft bits, charms, bows, just let your imagination run free and you’ll find lots of things to organize in them instead of a junk drawer. 💕
Being organized is so important. Brings order to chaos. I like doing it by color. Makes it easy for me. The clear containers make it great to see the colors.
I can see separating by manufacturer, but from there I might sort by name. I currently have my DMC sorted by number and it makes it much easier to find the floss I need. The fancy floss all has names so I would organize alphabetically.

Love it! But $240 just for floss… 6 drawers at $39.98 a piece plus shipping? Sadly, it just doesn’t fit my budget.

Mine is on its way.. thanks for taking the time to design a container that allows the cards to sit upright, a small thing but very logical. Plus the fact that it’s tall enough for the Lori Holt threads.. you have knocked it out of the ball park again Kimberly
The floss and store containers are awesome. FQS customer service is awesome. I ordered three floss and store containers one came badly damaged, I contacted Customer service 2 days later I had a new container... thank you!

The FQS Floss & Stores are AWESOME!!! Super well made and elegant! Love the clear acrylic so that all the beautiful colored flosses are visible! Thank you! Oh....and I also like the way this video was edited using a "softer" break between segments (rather than the chppy freeze frame"... soooo much better for the eyes! :-)

When I get thread I combined right away. Then I have a storage bin for the extra one that I can’t combine. My DMC floss are done numbers ❤️ you videos.
Excellent idea. Years ago I got a long soft vinyl thing, opened up to a book, and all my DMC went in. I just found it, and it’s kept all the floss seemingly intact. All in separate little pockets. I love the look of the drawers though, but won’t be buying it, sadly. Makes your area very pretty though. Thanks again Kimberley. Your organisational skills are second to none! I ordered two of the Floss and Store organizers and they are full of my floss. I just love them! They are nice and heavy and beautifully made. The drawer slides out easily and worth every penny!
I would need so many drawers for my flosses. I put mine on rings in alphabetical order and by manufacturer or by the number if they are numbered floss. I love the drawers for my Lori Holt spools of thread.
