When Yar adua came in, we had excess crude fund and he decided to give Nigerians some subsidy and reduced it to 65. When Goodluck increased, he did to 141, he totally removed the subsidy. After the protest it became 87. So they ended up increasing it by 22 naira after the protest, they wanted to double it at first. That's all I'm saying. Tinubu is still a failure
