I am going through hard times. When i pray, my eyes are tearing becuase i feel helpless and think only allah can help me, he is my guardian, and i want all from him and cry. I know i am sinner, i am not good servant of allah and think allah may b angry with me and will not listen to me and again crying.
yes you can cry as much as you need to, don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t. however, i honestly mean it that remembrance of Allah can turn even the saddest tears into joyful ones. turn to Him as much as possible, but if you’re sad for no reason look into whether or not you have depression which can be helped through treatment inshallah, and make dua.
If it’s from the remembrance of Allah then cry for it is a blessing that many of us wish for. But if it’s Dunya don’t cry and remember Allah is the All knowing and knows what is best for you.
