My husband passed of a heart attack December, 2022. My 38 year old son transitioned at the age of 38 just the day after Christmas, 2023. My days are heavy and dark. I do not want to be grieving for the next 20 years. Trying to just keep breathing through each moment.
I'm so sorry, Lori. Take one day at a time. Your relationship to the grief you are experiencing will transform over time. Remember to love yourself a little bit more each day. Your husband and son want you to feel joy and peace.

My Mom was Armenian, but Born & Raised in Paris. She grew up very poor during wwII & was the only girl with 6 brothers, but was given an American Name, spelled exactly the same as Suzanne's, & she was a Beautiful Soul just like Suzanne ❤ & my Best friend 😢🙏

I also had a lucid dream ,if that's what it is referred to ,it felt so real ,two days before my Mother passed, I was in Western Australia, and she was in pallative care in Melbourne Australia, but in my dream she was younger and had dark hair and her voice was strong as if I was a child again ,she pointed her finger at me while shaking it saying " I don't want you to worry all I want is Cecil Brunner Sweetheart Roses" She came to me in a beaming ray of light through the window as I was sleeping ,but as soon as she finished speaking to me , the light disappeared and I completely awoke and wondered what had just happened ! That was a Saturday morning, and she passed on the Monday evening at 12:05 am I have been on my spiritual path ever since ,and I have not come across the roses yet ! My sister had a pot plant of the rose bush but I personally have not seen that particular rose bush since she has passed

I follow Suzanne and took on board the “isn’t that interesting” when I stepped on to my partners boat and my mobile phone slipped out of my pickle and into the water. I sat there stunned and kept saying isn’t that interesting inside my head ….my partner in the meantime was waiting for me to turn into a maniac (which would be my normal reaction) he kept looking at me like …any minute now 🤣. But it totally worked ! I sat on the boat and appreciated the beautiful surroundings instead of going off on one. It’s so funny to look back on too. I bet my mum across the veil was laughing her socks off. I have just pre ordered your book Suzanne on Audible. Can’t wait for it. ❤
