I think Fez’s problem was that he wanted/needed to explore his sexuality but didn’t know how. I believe he was truly asexual but his anxiety prevented him from doing anything to really explore himself. Fez desperately wanted Ron to be his confidence boost 24/7 but Ron had his own life. I don’t blame Ron and the others for checking out
