I wanted to push the standards on the Billy Drill from Spectrain. So, I pushed the distances back to 50,40, and 25 yards.
50 Yards - 3.89 Seconds
40 Yards - 3.33 Seconds
25 Yards - 2.65 Seconds
Raw Time - 9.87 Seconds
Added Time - 3.00 Seconds
Total Time - 12.87
