      @@BlowoutProfessor Thanks,Chris for all the amazing advice on your YouُُTube channel- it is the first time I’ve come across such helpful and practical advice on how to make the most of my hair. I found your channel because I just bought a Revlon One Step Volumiser for short hair and already worked out some of the technique before I found your channel. Thanks so much for saving me from so many mistakes, and for pointing me the way to go. I’ve ordered Redken Blowout, but Pureology leave-in is way too expensive for me to afford and difficult to get here in the UK. I have been using Elvive Leave in Conditioner for coloured hair and learned through experience only to use the tiny amount you recommend. Is there any other leave in conditioner you know to be available in Europe and would recommend, at below 20 dollars? Among the ones available on Amazon are Revlon UniquOne Professional Leave in, Elvive No HairCut Cream Leave in Conditioner and John Frieda Frizz Ease. Olaplex Oil is also too expensive for me to afford, but I use Argan Moroccan Oil Spray and the non spray oil. The spray seems to me to work well. The non spray seemed much too heavy but I need to try applying it in the way you recommend. Thanks again for being such a wonderful, enjoyably entertaining hair adviser- I never dreamed I could do as much as you’ve shown me how to do. Looking forward to learning more from you.

    Wow I used the Pureology color fanatic for the first time today and it’s no joke. It was the only thing I changed/added to my routine and my hair (wavy-curly, color treated) hasn’t looked this light with bouncy hydrated curls in a long time! Can’t wait to try out the same routine again to make sure it wasn’t a fluke! I was skeptical as I have tried lots of liquid leave ins previously and they never really seemed to add enough or keep enough hydration. I have been using a cream leave in instead but maybe it was weighing things down… Thanks for the tip!

    I know drugstore products has no comparison to the professional one! But not all of them can be that bad. Not all of us can spend $30 or $40 in single 3-6 oz bottle. I’ll really appreciate if you could do a best drugstore hair care products! I’m sure not only me but others viewers will thank you for it!

    Hey Chris, thank you for all that you do for us and our hair care! I have an issue where strong smells can cause me migraine's. I really want to use a leave in conditioner. I have fine hair so I tried the Pureology leave in conditioner that you suggested in this video. It wasn't a strong smell in the bottle, but once I used it it had a strong musty smell so won't be able to keep using it. I really liked what it did, but the odor is just too strong for me. Can you suggest a leave in conditioner that is fragrance free?

    • @penelopealmaguer7249
      @penelopealmaguer7249 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hi, this might seem weird, but I think you may have the same issue I do. Was the smell kind of rancid smelling? The second ingredient in this conditioner, after water, is COCONUT OIL. Personally, I have found that coconut oil just doesn't agree with my body chemistry, because every time I try some body/hair product with this oil, it starts smelling kind of funky soon after application. HOWEVER, the product smells completely fine when in the container, just like what you mentioned.

    Hey! Love your videos! Would you advice against using leave-in conditioner on dry hair, i.e. w/o having taken a shower beforehand? I have very coarse hair and need something to freshen up my hair in the day-to-day in between washes

    Thank you so much I LOVE ur content and how u talk and some of ur cheesy jokes sprinkled in here and there are a nice addition too. I'm super happy u have a short sweet simple and more importantly... To the point video on ONLY leave in conditioner its exactly what I needed and u answered ALL the questions I may have had about it. I had a friend tell me because I had (I think this is how she worded it) "high density but thin hair" which she explained meant I had lots of hair per surface area on my head but that all of it is on the more thin strands. I swore when I watched a video of urs before when u were talking about the trinity of hair to dos u did include leave in conditioner but I know u stressed how important leave in conditioner was and my friend said cuz I have more fine hair to do either the conditioner in the shower OR leave in but probably not both just cuz I got fine hair. I really appreciate her feedback and thoughts but now cuz I watched this video in particular I do for sure know u did mean to use both the conditioner in the shower and even some leave in conditioner after getting out too. I also think I made a mistake and wasnt necessarily looking for lighter formulations for my hair type. I didnt even know high density but fine hair also was a thing cuz I had hair I thought I had like...medium hair but I'm starting to think my friend could be right that I do in fact have fine hair. My next shampoo/conditioner I'm going to try to ask for volumizing or a "lighter formulation" shampoo and conditioner as you put it another video and I think I'll actually give ur leave in conditioner idea another shot but this time I'll make sure to get a nicer leave in and one that doesn't seem like a heavy one and as a spray. When I tried the first time with the leave in conditioner I didnt like the smell of it, it didnt spray very nicely, and it seemed kinda cream liquid based aka heavier which is why it was probably harder to spray nicely lol. 😂😅 I also want to grow out long healthy hair so I'm trying to follow and apply some to most of what ur saying. Thanks so much again for ur content you're amazing!! 😇😇👍

    I brought this leave-in conditioner based on recommendation here, unfortunately for my fine wavy hair, it produces more frizz. I really wanted to love this and for it to work unfortunately its not for me. I did some research and figured it is likely due to the isopropyl alcohol in it. My Olaplex No.6 is still my go-to leave in treatment.

    Can recommend how to incorporate this into a wavy/curly routine? When you're apply gel and mousse to wet hair, would this be done before or after? Would the hair be too wet before? Would the gel and mousse keep it from absorbing if user after?

    Bought the Pureology leave in based on this recommendation and my hair feels horrible and dry and is way frizzier than normal. I have very curly fine hair and creams simply work better for me. My hair also felt very sticky and felt like it was starting to break off. Now I’m just using it as a heat protectant but I rarely diffuse my curls
