Meanwhile, Selim finds out Nurbanu's plots. While Mustafa wins his first victory against Rüstem, Hürrem makes a plan which will hit Barbarossa on his soft spot.
Hurrem feels heartbroken as Suleiman gets excited that he is having another child. Hurrem sets her mind on taking revenge on Fatma who does something behind Hurrem's back. She finds out a big secret about Fatma's marriage.

Şehzade Süleyman, en yakın adamı Pargalı İbrahim ile birlikte çıktığı bir avda alır kötü haberi. Babası Yavuz Sultan Selim Han vefat etmiştir. Şehzade Süleyman hiç beklemeden, İstanbul’a doğru yola çıkar. Şehzade Süleyman hızla payitahta ulaşır. Hiç beklemeden cülus törenine katılır. Bir günde hayatı değişmiş. Sultan Süleyman olarak padişahlık hayatına başlamıştır.
Bu sırada, Karadeniz üzerinden içi köle yüklü bir kadırga, İstanbul’a doğru gelmektedir. Kölelerden en ateşli olanı ise, kaderini değiştirecek olan yolculuğa çıktığının henüz farkında değildir. Geri dönmek için çaresiz bir şekilde isyan etmektedir.
Sultan Süleyman, padişahlığının ilk gününde verdiği buyruklarla nasıl bir padişah olduğunu göstermek ister. Ama bu kararlar herkesin hoşuna gitmeyecektir. Sultan Süleyman ise gönderdiği mesajlarla, tüm Avrupa’ya meydan okumaktan çekinmez.
Alex, tüm isyankarlığına rağmen, Topkapı sarayına getirilir. Onun bu tavrı ilk andan itibaren Valide Sultan’ın dikkatini çeker. Ama Alex’in sarayın kurallarını öğrenmesi uzun sürmez. Kendisine büyük bir hedef seçer. Alex, Sultan Süleyman’ın karşısına çıktığı ilk gecede onun ilgisini çekmeyi başarır. Sultan Süleyman’ın eşi Mahidevran ise Manisa sarayından yeni gelmiş. Eşi ile görüşmeyi sabırsızlıkla beklemektedir.

@@vavhitink8691 He actually had two. Mihrimah and Raziye. Sadly, Raziye died two years before Mihrimah was born at age 3 same time as two of his other sons during a smallpox outbreak. Which is why he would freak out every time Mihrimah got sick.

If you mean in the show then, yes, Mihrimah is given such an illness. It's a bit of extra drama that, to the best of our knowledge, never occurred in real life.

She died aged 56
She suffered from something just after marriage, she had one child and then a really bad miscarriage and I think that's from the illness and I don't think she could have anymore children. I'm not 100% about things though and what exactly it was she had.

I'm curious what was the Mihrimah's illnes and what caused it? Cause when I was watching this magnificent century medics were always saying that from the sadness or stress or poisoning but what was the sickness and what caused it?
Maybe it was a blood pressure issue. Maybe she wasn't eating as much as she should be and her blood pressure dropped or got anemic. She recovered after a few days so I don't think it was something serious.
