I support that guy with Street glasses. Being a doctor I know that glasses can't be made without any kinda numbers. Means normal "0" glasses also have very very minor number who most people can't notice. But if says he can see better than there can be the case that those glasses have very very low number or he might have started to develop visual defect which I think should be checked out just to be safe
