I thank you because it’s actually just you Evolving, you realized you were not doing keto as described and you could make other decisions that are still healthy and will get you where you want to go. I Something I’ve told my kids, nieces, nephews and grandkids is, you can always change your mind! We think I said now I have to do it, but NO! We can make a different, and often better decision. And that doesn’t say anything negative about ourselves, it says we’re growing a lot of the time.
