Murray cod on Surface in The broken river! Cod opening

In this video, Tom and I (Jay), head out for an early morning session to fish for murray cod on the surface in the Broken river between Shepparton and Benalla. With 5 fish caught off the top in under 2 hours we had a pretty good session! What a start to the 2023-2024 cod season! Hope you enjoy the video.

Well done fellas. You just told potentially thousands of people about another small stream next time you go there and there's 10 other people in every spot you go. You have only got yourselves to blame small streams do not handle a lot of pressure
