Is it more important to synthesis jutsus or ultimates?

another good thing about sasuke is hes immune to forced gatecrash because his 4* increases his melee attack range to ridiculous ranges
I've been using him as my main instead of FV Sasuke and he's been working just as good, honestly kinda a cheat in a way, I use his LVL 15 ultimate to remove cool down then just spam new limit break (I have +3) no one can even get a move off, works great against FV Sasuke and FV Naruto even on revive panels, for final room I either gate crash or use new limit then enter using new 4 star (I'm using adult Shikamaru follow up) then run around the enemy's and ult from the back then spam new limit break works almost every time.

Sasuke’s only really worth it if you get him to Lb 2, he’s a blue unit so he needs a lot of investment I’d probably save

Naruto(final valley) ex lvl 8 with full kit and new LB2.
Sasuke(F.V) only lb 3 and new 4 star no ex or 3rd jutsu
Hashirama(Full kit with new EX lvl15 and lb3)
Madara Reanimated(ex lvl 1 and lb 1 and old 4 star jutsu
Hokage naruto(Lb 1 ex lvl 1 and 2 decent 4 star jutsus)
I’d wait for the AOM banner first to see which shinobi are featured, those have higher drop rates and you get more bang for your shinos
