@@webinfo9107 I'm 1.9m, 82.5kg, 43 year old male as well. I work out every Monday - Friday morning using HIIT videos here on TH-cam with 9kg weights for 30 mins. While I don't have that Viking physic like in these images I do have an athletic build (Soccer player maybe?). You can do it, just start slow and in time you'll be amazed at your transformation. 👍 Edit: At my heaviest, I was 109kg and no upper body strength. Just to give you an idea of my progress.

If you mean the moving parts in the videos then all you have to do is search for the particle that you find suitable for your image, add it in the video editing software and remove any background that the particles may have. Pretty easy, you can search on TH-cam how to add particles in a video.

I agree with you. However, if you are referring to the images I have used, one doesn't have to use steroids to have these muscles and bodies. They just have to train a lot and eat a healthy diet. Personally, I know a lot of people who look like this and have never even taken vitamin supplements. When it comes to actual Vikings, I think this image of them is created because people in the past, Vikings included, where "forced" to work with their bodies, lifting things, cutting things, making things, so their muscles where more developed than ours who spend our days on a couch in front of a screen (for those who do). However I can not be sure that it is a historically accurate depiction of Vikings. But, my channel is not a history channel, it's all about the music and fantasy images that I feel complement my compositions.

Maybe the music sounds modern (and that was the intention and not to try to replicate something for which we don't have information i.e what music did Vikings really play) but in my opinion gives the feeling that I was hoping for and since I made it to provide powerful music for training etc the imagery seems to work for a lot of people.

I would direct you to any youtube channel asking people of they're natty or not, I don't know of a single reputable fitness, bodybuilding or PT coach on youtube that would agree with you. the guy in the video is the definition of steroids. but you are allowed to have your opinion I just wanted you to know how much I disagree. With claims like that you kind of force me to reply just to let you know you're wrong. But that's fine. Go watch natty or not for entertainment if not education

Thank you for your feedback! I'm really sorry that you don't like my work, but I'm sure that there are many other artists that can give you what you seek. Maybe the music sounds modern (and that was the intention and not to try to replicate something for which we don't have information i.e what music did Vikings really play) but in my opinion gives the feeling that I was hoping for and since I made it to provide powerful music for training etc the imagery seems to work for a lot of people.

This is not a music history channel, I draw inspiration from different cultures and themes to create my art, in the form of music, where the visuals are there to set a mood. I don't try to be historically accurate. Also, as I have researched a bit, there are no hard evidence to indicate the use ,or not, of tattoos by Vikings.
