i really liked the brighter feel of the melody. it set the melody in a completely different space from where the low end is, so the 808 is able to feel present since there's really no competition for it. i wanted to ask though- what was the main instrument that you were using? it kind of sounded like a marimba or a xylophone to me, and i would like to know where i can find it, if you don't mind. it was cool how neither it nor the flute were really that reverbed. that eliminated a ton of extra frequencies and made it so that there's still a pocket in the mix for gunna. great work though, this is fire! like i said, the melody leaves a ton of room for the drums so they're able to bang and create the bounce that wheezy loves to make for gunna. i like it man, nice one!!! it would mean so much to me if you could give me some feedback on the last beat i dropped and share some thoughts to help me improve, but either way you've earned all my support. i can't wait to hear more 👍👍👍
