Its not like they have guys who are precision shooters. That is why, unless they are about 1 meter/3 foot or closer, they often miss their target. They are as likely to hit bystanders as they are who they are shooting at. Not to mention, being in a vehicle wreck, and then getting Shot At! Very Distracting.

Not be an ass but you need to look at it in this way the m4 or m16 or whatever swat uses their gun have a 30 round Capacity and they were using SMG the bad guys I would have to say they have Like 20 to 30 rounds as well and swat wasn’t using full auto so he’s Still got a good amount of rounds in it

American coos have to justify every round too? That surprises me, when I hear about offenders getting ventilated 8 times. Also I'd think suppressive fire is justified against heavy auto fire from multiple shooters.
if you have to justify every shot, thats kind of like defeat the purpose of having a gun for people who can protect people. then again it controls how will they use it. kind of like a double edge sword.
