Hi, There you go! Instructions: - Prepare the Rice: Rinse and soak the rice for around 15 minutes, then drain. - Heat Spices: In a pot, heat oil or ghee. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, and cumin seeds, stirring until fragrant. -Cook Onions : Add the sliced onions, cooking until golden brown. - Add Vegetables and Seasoning: Stir in the mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, letting the spices infuse into the vegetables. - Add Rice and Water: Add the drained rice, mixing gently. Pour in water. - Cook the Pulao: Cover and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the rice is fluffy and water is absorbed. Serving Suggestions: Serve hot with raita/curd or pickle. Enjoy your veg pulao as a comforting meal!
