Jesse it would be awesome if you showed an example of a project you did: budget hours, expenses, profit, etc and walk through the entire financials of the project

Thank you for sharing! I’ve been following your channel since my GC prep days in 2020. Our company turns 3 years old next month!

Hello Jesse, Sorry I missed your confidence this year but definitely going for the next one. What software or system do you use for estimating?

We use our estimating spreadsheet! But I am working on a new software program for contractors…you can join the waitlist here: www.structur.io/

Hi Jesse, I admire your passion for the construction industry and I am learning a lot from your content. Here is a constructive criticism, must work on your communication skills. Take a course, read books, this will help you a great lot.

Thanks for the feedback! So I can understand, can you give me a specific example of how I can improve? Is this a general note, or a few specific examples of something I said?

Hi Jesse, thank you for taking the time to respond to my comment. I wanted to share a friendly observation with you, my friend. One aspect that stands out to me in your podcast is the opportunity for everyone to fully express themselves. Personally, I find it most enjoyable when you feature guests on your shows, as it offers diverse perspectives and learning opportunities. Allowing your team or guests to speak without interruption enables them to share more information, enriching the conversation. Your inclusive approach truly enhances the listening experience for everyone involved. @@Jesse_Lane

I am from Guyana and serve as both an Architect and CEO of a Design firm, which I proudly established over 8 years ago. Presently, I find myself in the midst of a transition, steering my firm from a 'design focus' approach to embracing the realm of a 'design-build' model. Your content has proven to be an invaluable source of learning for me during this phase. @@Jesse_Lane
