does anyone else suck at cs and barely play but still watch these vids. i cant stop. i feel like something’s wrong with me, i cant even FULLY understand plays as they’re happening but its so entertaining lmao.
The way I see spirit is that its a team that is useless when people learn to smoke and flash donk. Its very easy to see their over reliance on him.Feels like their gameplan is "donk go kill" if he dies then gg. Im not a pro though so what do i know 🤷
2:50 my favorite part about these videos is seeing the pros say stuff like “ns” and “hf” in game. It’s so wholesome compared to how this community can be sometimes. Love to see it :)
I've been following CS exports for about 10 years now, but have taken breaks of course. The last break I took was when donk came to the scene. So I know nothing about him, I just see him frag out sometimes, and people say he needs a better team. I've looked through your videos and haven't seen any, but a video that actually shows WHY donk is so good would be awesome. Not 1 single game per say, but maybe certain rounds of a game, maybe a compilation of clips on what makes donk so crazy. Show me his entry frags and insane headshots he gets because I haven't seen one. I know I'm the minority but I think you'd still get a lot of engagement on that video because we'll, it's donk and having crazy clips are what people like. Thanks for this breakdown Voo!
easiest way to understand it is just that he pulls off 1.3+ rating while entry fragging which is just unheard of. mostly even great entry fraggers are like 1.05-1.15 at best because it's such a tough role. my video on main "how donk makes pros miss" explains it a bit but really it's just how he's consistently able to make kills happen while going in first (or 2nd)
Awesome breakdown / analysis 6:16 -- Yes, 100%, don't start walking that early. 1:47, too early. Between 1:46 and before 1:45 is the sweet spot imo. Stavn/#4 with the fastest mid spawn could have jumped to the boost box cat, and then would be in earshot to hear T's just before 1:45 if they were still running. The timing would just also be just enough to hear footsteps if he went through ladder room with good movement.

to be fair CS2 is almost unplayable at this point. So doing this makes perfect sense
