His footwork was amazing and he had raw ability. he would kick DLs asses who would be 2-3x his size, but he was supposedly too small. Scouts said he was a very good player but his size wouldn't make him look intimidating. He was around 6'1, and weighed about 260, and played guard.

Don’t get me wrong nothings going to be better than actually do the real practice but wrestling will help you so much look at all the good o line nfl players that have wrestled. It’ll help you get low increase your hand fighting and probably your whole mindset. Just a tip
