Since I'm not English-speaking, there's no way I can hear it, or is it just me? I think he says "Why shu..(should maybe, idk) you knuckle up .. Tell me please, thanks!
Native English speaker here. In my words he "slips" over the word. - So to speak. The word is omitted and therefore implied, but I can also hear it a little. For example: I believe I can hear it ending. Instead of the "why shu" that you are saying, I almost hear a "why 'ont-shu." This reminds me of the japanese "desu" where the "U" is silent but you can almost hear it by the way the "S" ends. (not a strong "U" but a thing your brain fills in.) So yeah it is "negated" but it's also still kind of there. It is at a minimum implied, but I can still feel and hear the ghost of it. This is probably a choice the singer made to hasten the song and add more aggression.
Another interpretation is that he (to get the same effect) meshed "why-don't" and to a lesser extent "you" together. This almost sounds like "won't you" which has the same meaning as "why don't you" and so not only do you hear the end of "don't" but it isn't confusing to listen to because you still understand what it means. To my ears this choice does not make it any harder at all to tell what he is saying/the point he is getting across.
