It's nice to see that the other guy that supported her from the get go did not abandon her. I'm really fascinated with the workings of her mind. A lot of Vietnamese girls seem to be very well-equipped in the knowledge of survival. Like the way they weave. One can't just easily imagine all that stuff. They must be trained or have seen someone doing it. I'm also amazed at how she put holes for the structural support for her roofing. If I were to build I would be heavily relying on nails, wires, cement & galvanized iron. 😅 I think survival skills like these should be taught to everyone so that people will not just build house boxes or cry and succumb in the corner. These are warrior girls and I'm very impressed! 😃

Hi Laura, I suggest that you build a crib for your baby to sleep and play while you work on your project, it’s safer than carrying your baby on your back while working. A baby crib Is safe if baby wakes up she can not fall down as it’s surrounded with wood to hold on.

I can not understand why these girls that are clever enough to build houses don't learn to first build a cot or playpen first for the baby to sleep in and sit in or lay in where they will be comfortable and safer they insist on putting them on their back and the poor children don't get peace to sleep because the mother is moving about to much and no child would be comfortable hanging on to anyone back all day why do they not feed the babies more vegetables and ome soft fruit and noodles it seems to be rice all the time and rice is hard to digest
Actually I've watched several of these shows and the babies seem to sleep quite well on mommies back no matter how much they get bounced around. They have been used to this since birth, although at first they are strapped on in the front, so it's not a problem for them. In fact I've seen babies who were sound asleep while mommy was working hard for quite a while wake up soon after she stopped moving around. I knew a baby who could sleep in a bowling alley but had trouble sleeping in her quiet bedroom. It's all what they are used to
Getting a child out of the weather is more important than a crib. Clean water is more important than a playpen. As far as the child sleeping on her back is way better than to leave the child alone so that she can supply the two of them a home, water, and food to eat. Don't judge others if you have never been in their shoes. Plus, look in the grocery store in the baby food section, there is rice cereal for babies.
Before some of you folks make a comment on what these girls are doing, look up traditions of these people, especially the hill or country ones before commenting, as they have ways or tranditions how they do things.
Absolutely nothing but positive comments from me. They live so much differently than America. I am amazed at how much work she does and how creative she is. She has all the basics to help her and her baby. That is what God intended for us. Food, water, shelter. She is doing for herself and baby with what she has. So many young girls would just give up but this young lady knows how to take care of herself and baby.

I don’t know how much is real life and how much is added for our entertainment but please stat real life , don’t add in crazy events , most of us enjoy watching the real life of someone in a different country rather than made up exciting stuff…..it is enough to watch someone build a house , grow and harvest food and raise their baby in safety away from any abuse or alcoholic husbands.

I can not understand why these girls that are clever enough to build houses don't learn to first build a cot or playpen first for the baby to sleep in and sit in or lay in where they will be comfortable and safer they insist on putting them on their back and the poor children don't get peace to sleep because the mother is moving about to much and no child would be comfortable hanging on to anyone back all day why do they not feed the babies more vegetables and ome soft fruit and noodles it seems to be rice all the time and rice is hard to digest

Actually I've watched several of these shows and the babies seem to sleep quite well on mommies back no matter how much they get bounced around. They have been used to this since birth, although at first they are strapped on in the front, so it's not a problem for them. In fact I've seen babies who were sound asleep while mommy was working hard for quite a while wake up soon after she stopped moving around. I knew a baby who could sleep in a bowling alley but had trouble sleeping in her quiet bedroom. It's all what they are used to
Getting a child out of the weather is more important than a crib. Clean water is more important than a playpen. As far as the child sleeping on her back is way better than to leave the child alone so that she can supply the two of them a home, water, and food to eat. Don't judge others if you have never been in their shoes. Plus, look in the grocery store in the baby food section, there is rice cereal for babies.

Build a nice kitchen as your nice house. Do not cook inside, he smoke is really dangerous for life/health, not only can sick but kill you.

Absolutely nothing but positive comments from me. They live so much differently than America. I am amazed at how much work she does and how creative she is. She has all the basics to help her and her baby. That is what God intended for us. Food, water, shelter. She is doing for herself and baby with what she has. So many young girls would just give up but this young lady knows how to take care of herself and baby.
