The dance begins at approximately 2:26 minutes in. Preceding that are some fun interactions between Sunny and Twiggy. The Llamas do play rough, but it is only their way of playing. No animal was injured. We would never allow that to happen.
The games like this are very very healthy ,as making them very Fit . They are developing the muscles- I saw it more as a spot for them 😊. And I saw as dancing- their pronking - amazing to watch !!! Someone starting... And the rest are joining in ❤
My sister and her husband owned a ranch in Chile. I asked her about Llamas. Being like camels, they spit a foul smelling substance at you when angered. She did not like Llamas.
Yes they do that and yes, it is foul smelling. Ironically, it is also leaves a very foul taste in the Llama's mouth! Of the 5 Llamas that have lived on this farm, only 1 has been a spitter (at least as far as spitting on people), the rest have been very gentle and mild-mannered. And yes, they do remind one of Camels in many ways. Thanks for watching.
Well...seems that your sister never knew the llamas if it's all she'd tell about them - LOL The llamas are So Grand !! So gracious!! Even if they'd spit at you, you wouldn't notice compared with the great joy they are giving!! Hope you will get a chance to understand these glorious creatures !!
