It's a group *Chari Chari* that was put together during the big Latin-Bossa-House movement in the dance music scene around the late 90's through the mid 2000's. With the likes of Mondo Grosso, Kyoto Jazz Massive, Bird, Monday Michiru and other's Japan held a spot in the forefront of the movement. Along with Jazztronik and Sunaga't Experience as more. Luigiwife1551 ***** Its Brazilian/Portuguese, there s single phrase , it says " From the top of the mountain feel the breeze and watch the sunrise" even tho i m portuguese its hard to understand what they say because they sing it with the brazilian accent in very closed way, and joined with the sound of the instrumental, there s a couple words that are not 100% clear. But i pretty much think this is it.
