A bowl of peroxide like a foot bath works and can be done weekly or drug store stuff but like honestly get a loofah with a stick if u can't reach your feet. Wear shower flip flops if u share the shower with people as they could be apart of your problem lol. I'm afraid of everything so I do this just because lol
@@moneymomofrank , making extra sure to scrub all of the dead skin off of your feet and from under and around your toenails helps a lot with that. Using a pumice stone in the shower helps with that. Spray your feet and the inside of your shoes regularly with athletes foot or jock itch spray (they're the same thing with different names). Using a nice scented lotion on your feet after your shower can help too. If it's still happening, you might want to talk to a doctor. You might already be doing some or all of these things too, but hopefully you got some help out of all of this. Good luck! 💜

I feel for that man who said he is in remission from having colon cancer. Luckily I haven’t had any cancer or anything like that, but I can empathize with being really sensitive to smells. I’ve lived my whole life with asthma and allergies. If my sister puts on too much perfume, I get a runny nose. Even if I put on too much deodorant, I’ll sometimes get a runny nose and might get a bit wheezy. So it’s always a balancing act between not putting on too much artificial scent to the point I’m suffering and not smelling bad. And you could argue just to shower more frequently so that there is less body scent, but that’s also not a great option. First I’ll just say I don’t normally smell that bad so it’s not really an issue, but the main reason that isn’t a great option is my skin. Along with the allergies problem, I have eczema, which causes my skin to be extremely dry all the time. I already put lotions/ointments on my skin multiple times a day and it’s still dry. When I shower, the water strips away the oils and therefore the moisture in my skin so I gotta spend like 10+ minutes just putting different lotions and creams on my body after I shower. So showering every 1-2 days works out fine, but if I were showering twice a day, that would just take up so much time and effort just to make sure my skin isn’t cracking
Same! Im super sensitive to fragrances and odors. I get migraines or worse hives if a coworker comes I’m with too much perfume or if the janitorial staff use certain cleaners and have to leave. I totally know the pain of needing to find deodorant and soaps that I’m not allergic to, too😑
You need to try vanicream deodorant. Secret also has a scent less deodorant. They still have aluminum so it stops the smell and sweat, but they're really helpful for issues like that. They also make scent less body wash, like ivory has a truly fragrance free one. They're much better for your skin because fragrance is very irritating and the ivory is super cheap in huge bottles. Vanicream and cetaphil have ones too. Maybe give gold bond pure moisturizer a try, I think it is fragrance free too but it has really good ingredients and is thick. When I want to smell good I use scent boosters for my clothes and use body sprays but I avoid fragrance on my actual skin. It doesnt last as long anyways. Some people react to their laundry detergent though so it is worth it to try switching to a sensitive laundry detergent or a simple one. there's some brand with a b on it that makes a good fragrance free and sensitive skin laundry detergent. Always apply your lotion on damp/wet skin. Dont shower in too hot of water.
Also sorry if you already know all this stuff I just know I had my own skin struggles and in the chance one of these things was new to you/helped I wanted to share.

Nah for smelling nice is my biggest thing. My insecurity is smelling bad. Nah for smelling nice is my biggest thing. My insecurity is smelling bad. Literally ever since I got one comment in primary school about smelling bad one time, I’ve been insecure since and always prided myself in smelling nice. That now it’s my absolute ICK when people don’t. Like if I walk past you in the shopping market or on the streets and you smell like B.O I’m silently judging you.
