I used to assist here back before it was owned by Kevin (2011) when it was Odds On Records & Studios.
Had the privilege to assist on a couple sessions with Eddie Kramer and Santana. Good times.

This is EXACTLY what comes to my mind when someone says *_"RECORDING STUDIO"._* I'm Old School and have seen a lot over the last 40 or 50 years. I would have done anything to work at a Studio like that. Kevin's studio is way beyond OMG, you run out of superlatives quickly when it dawns on you that you have never seen a studio this complete... ever.
Absolutely LOVE the interior design. Perfect use of subtle colors, textures, and finishes. No such thing as having too much room, or too many different rooms. From front lobby and all the way through facilities, every turn at every corner brought even more WOW. Kevin's certificates and awards speak for themselves and are enough for 5 people.

Dude, you could lock me in this studio for the rest of my life and I would never get bored. EVER. I’ve dreamed of working in a place like this since I first heard Ozzy Osbourne’s No More Tears album as a little kid. I can remember listening back to that cassette tape so many times, scrutinizing every little nuance in sound, that I wore out the tape and the tape deck. My God, how they get those sounds. Heaven. Great video bro.

It really is epic, indeed.
The sound of your voices was so good because of the insanely good room treatment of the studios ! Honestly, having treatment at that level is better than any piece of gear the gear is the icing on the cake at this level. ;-)
And, by the way what surpasses everything is the people. Working with world class artists like Carlos Santana and Ozzy is way better than any gear that O could think of. ;-)
I like how he's a hard rock type dude but still mentions Dr. Dre as as example for which mixing console he uses

So cool. Small world. A colleague of mine invited Natasha and I to Kevin's Hideout studio grand opening in 2012 or 13ish in Vegas. His son Kane performed with his band Modern Science that night.. They were so good. Man that was ages ago. It's so cool to see those guys still making music in such a beautiful place. Awesome golden content brother.

I used to record in Churkos spot when it was OddsOn recording studios. Amazing facility. Duality is beast! Spent many hours in studio A with my friend and producer Bobby Ferrari. The place still has to be one of the best studios in Vegas.

so firstly, this was a fantastic video! thank you! this is the kind of studio tour i find most interesting (getting into the guts). second, i ordered (from Sweetwater), and waiting for my RND Orbit summing mixer. Definitely check that out!

Most people especially newcomers would look at this and be like, “this is excessive....” but I would like to think of it as everything in here is a piece of history and progress throughout the years. Definitely a vault / lab I would want down the line in life.
