Thank you so much for this walkthrough! I personally feel like this level was the most confusing out of all of them. A lot of the required steps to complete it were unexpected and made no sense in my opinion
Having played the Flash version of Hapland 3 before buying the Steam remaster, I feel like the difficulty here was appropriate for this to be the successor of Hapland 2. The difficulty jump is about what I would expect-definitely a bit “out there,” but the Flash version of Hapland 3 was five times worse and almost certainly not in proportion. The Steam remaster actually made Hapland 3 easier twice; it removed many of the obscurities and tricky parts of the Flash version and it also included this Beginner's Edition level so that you get a step in between. From what I've heard, it's the carrot and toilet mechanic that gets everybody-the Flash version had no pipe and no water symbol to hint at it at all, so it was really down to whoever stumbled across it first. The obscure hint with that water drop makes it possible to correlate now, but many will likely only stumble across it by chance. The solutions are different enough that I had to make separate walkthroughs for the Steam and Flash editions.
Hi there, thanks for watching and glad my video helped! I currently don't have any plans to record the jewels, as I believe it's much easier to find the jewels once you've gotten a feel for the main levels and how they work. You've already beaten all of the levels,so you know how they work; now it's just a matter of finding some more clues and things to do there. If you'd like some advice, all three of the jewels are hidden in Hapland 2 - two on the castle side and one on the land. Look for engravings on the walls, and maybe try clicking on some more things. You'll find them with time. If you're still not quite sure about the base mechanics in play, it might be worth revisiting how the level is completed normally. I've published a walkthrough for Hapland 2 on my channel as well if that may help. Good luck and happy searching!
@@slaye3ro784I already gave you some hints in my last comment. Did you read them? That's all I think is appropriate to give away for now. You'll get there eventually with time and patience. If you're getting impatient, take a break and come back again. If I do get around to making something for the jewels, it'll probably take the form of a Steam guide, not a video. We'll see how it goes, though.
