I had a question. My blue star 1.5 ton 3 star Inverter AC was installed on 18th may 24.
I was noticing water droping from the outer unit pipe joint area. Not the drain pipe ok. When we asked the service technician, he told that it was normal case as it was a brand new high speed machine. My question is that does the technician is right OR there is some falt in installation. What is the actual reason of the water dropping is there is any leakage in the joint, does it affect the machine and cooling and also the resolutions at the earliest please.

yeah maybe thers is some welding mistake during the gas welding to the copper pipes.. maybe some tiny hole left by mistake.. but it will be fixed by technicians... as it was installed 4 to 5 days before.. it will be a free of cost service. and while the matter of some issue with cooling relax there will be no issue with the cooling system.. ok but make sure the water doesn't contact with the compressor machine or the indoor part of AC.. contact the technician immediately and tell him to weld the hole area properly.

haan same 1 ton ka ata hai. 1.5 ton ka lenge to dono indoor aur outdoor 1.5 ton ka ayega.. jaisa purchase karenge waisa hi milega. dono ka ek hi serial number hota hai jisse ki wo compatible ho pata hai.

Sir aap mera baat ni samjhe Mujhe ek blue Star ka 1 ton ka ac lena hai new... But mera outdoor unit ka space thora kam hai maine kahi ye same outdoor unit dekha hai same design but model no ni pta is liye ye same mujhe chahiye outdoor unit ka design same indoor

@mddanish4068 dekhiye model sae hone se bhi apka technical compatible nahi hoga aur fir chalega hi nahi.. so agar blue star wala technician aake dono unit ko pairing karega to chalega ok
