Good day sir: i have a unrelated question. Do you think the German university check how much someone scored in telc C1 language exam. Does it play a major role in decision or do they accept people how even barely passed the language exam

would you please make a vlog on how a specialist doctor in pakistan/india can move to germany? and the eligibility are the same as we know but after getting FSP .what the route we would go ,? can we directly get in the desired speciality ,or we need to wait till permanent license? or if we get permanent license , would we go via the whole process of training, or there will be some equivalancy?

I hv passed upto b2 in Germany in 2018 and due to requirement of licence and internship I came to india .now I want go for FSPdo I hv to again from A or just B2.. BTW do you have any school in Germany.. thankyou sir
