Often one feels confused because the soul is not in harmony with the mind and the body, it is alienated, so to speak.
The reason for this is the ignorance of our origins. The sense of belonging, of being rooted. Where are my roots?
Who am I?
The ancestors help us and show us the way to happiness. You have to ask, listen and simply experience the harmony of being there in the here and now.
