This old fella throws some nuggets even with short stay in America. He hits some valid & good points. I came here as a young man in the 70s. I am now retired. What I can add to his many salient points are first be resilient with your aims & aspirations. Stay away from bad friends. Obey the laws & regulations of what country u currently reside. In America if you fuck up with the law it will remain with you throughout your stay here. This will kill your dreams. Good Luck if u pay attention to my little advice. Keep your eyes on the prize.

Returning after 14 years for a visit, the airport workers "red tagged" my luggage in attempt to intimidate me into giving them a bribe insinuating that I had something illegal in my luggage. I told them to open it and if they actually find something illegal...they should jail me. I'm the most law abiding person on this planet. Shame on them!!! It's an embarrassment to our country!!!

Pure wisdom is speaking, and US interviews are always the best, not like agyei mawu ooo interviews in EU. USA is indeed land of opportunity, in my own opinion UK is lacking modern infrastructure among the western countries. They even fill pot holes but compared to others, they do new roads all together. Most Ghanaian women love based on agenda, if that is taking away forget.

I was also very much disappointed to visit London my first time there as a teacher in China. UK is old fashioned and not that developed with modern infrastructure compared to China. UK is good cos of better systems but in terms of massive development and infrastructure, it doesn't come near China having stayed in China for 6 yrs as teacher
