Well, first two from my head: its not a f joystick and most of all, be careful with your teeths.
As a guy whos 22 and never had sex, this was life changing, now im even more stressed out and probably gonna die a virgin
Nah man. What works is communication and honesty. I didn't lose my virginity till I was 28 I think. Just ask questions about what she likes, pay attention to her body movements and audio cues (you'll KNOW generally when what you're doing is working). But honestly the BEST advice I can give is she comes first always and get to love foreplay. Always make sure she's satisfied before you get yours. Sometimes that will be all foreplay, sometimes you'll be in the middle of foreplay or going down on her and she'll pretty much scream for you to be inside her. And if you've already came or finished too early that's NOT the end of things. Just means it's time to put in more work. See if she has a toy (they are most definitely your best friends, don't be ashamed to use them - they actually make you better).
If I can give you some unsolicited advice:
You’re gonna be not good your fist time. Probably the first few times. It’s a skill like anything else in life. Your partner also was garbage their first time, and may still be not great. Work together to get better.
Forget everything that has ever happened in porn. They film to be cinematic and show stuff off, 90% of that isn’t what anybody actually wants.
Also, size isn’t all its cracked up to be. Most girls don’t want a giant donger, they want a well timed and positioned one. My personal advice would be to have a conversation before sex so you know what they like and what their personal boundaries are. It doesn't have to be an interview, you can make it sexy and fun, ask her what kind of dirty talk she likes etc. Some women enjoy being called degrading things in bed, for others it would be a traumatising experience. Everyone is different, if you take the time to figure out what you partner likes beforehand you can improve the experience for both of you.

Conversely, women usually require at least 20 minutes.
