I don't have anything specific for it, but I can add it to my video list.
I get recurring bunions on both my feet and go to a podiatrist to have them trimmed back. I've had no success with over-the-counter remedies; go to a podiatrist.
I think you are talking about calluses or corns. Bunions are the bone of the big toe, so they wouldn't be able to be trimmed in an office.
